• Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue
• No refunds can be given for vouchers.
• Damaged or defaced vouchers cannot be accepted
• We cannot accept responsibility for loss of vouchers once issued
• Gift voucher cancellation policy - Less than 12 hours’ notice, liable for full payment, you will therefore forfeit your voucher
