Where are you located?
We are located at 3 Market Place, Brackley, Northampronshire, NN13 7AB.
Will I be given aftercare advise?
Yes. Any specific aftercare will be explained to you at the time of treatment. Please follow the advice given to avoid complications and hindering results.
Can I book a course of treatments?
Some of our treatments are recommended as a course. You will be advised if this is appropriate for your skin
A small discount is extended
Courses must be paid for at the first session to qualify for the discount
Course appointment changes, as per amendment policy
What should I do on the day of my appointment?
Check you have completed the health update form
Arrive at your EXACT appointment time
I have a looked door policy, please knock, on arrival (the bell is decorative)
If you arrive late, your appointment will be cut short and you will still be charged in full
Can I bring my child?
This is not an ideal space for children. Please refrain from bringing them
What are the terms and conditions for gift vouchers?
You must bring your voucher to your appointment
Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated
No refunds can be given for vouchers.
Damaged or defaced vouchers cannot be accepted
We cannot accept responsibility for loss of vouchers once issued.
Gift voucher appointment changes as per amendment policy.
Why have I been sent a health update form?
You are sent a health update form ahead of your appointment to advise me of any medical changes, including medications since your last visit. It is advisable to complete ahead of your appointment, in case these changes prevent you from receiving treatment on the day.
Please be aware vaccinations & boosters are causing some skin sensitivities. Please contact me ahead of your booking, if you are concerned it may affect your planned treatment strategy.
What are the clinic hours?
Wednesday 12.00 - 6.00pm, Thursday 1.00pm - 7.00pm, Friday 10am - 4.00pm and one Saturday a month 10.00 - 1.00pm
Why have I been sent so many forms?
If this is your first visit, I have to fulfill certain legal requirements, plus I need to know about you and and your health.
You will receive 3 emails ahead of your appointment. The first will contain a booking confirmation, the second a digital unique skin audit form and the third a Health Questionnaire, GDPR agreement and Terms of Service Agreement.
All can be completed on a smart phone, ipad or equivalent. They must be be submitted PRIOR to your appointment.
Consultations for specific treatments will be completed in clinic or online.
Is there a minimum spend?
Yes, there is a minimum spend of £25 for booked treatments. This does not apply to product sales
Where can I park?
Parking in Brackley is free. There is 1 hour parking directly opposite the clinic, 2hr parking in Waitrose, 3hr parking in the Market Place and there is no restriction in Churchill Way or Hinton Road.
How can I pay?
We do not extend Credit or accept Cheques
We accept Cash, Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bank Transfer.
Bank Transfer is our preferred method of payment.
