COVID-19


Ahead of your appointment you will be sent a digital health check form.  It is essential you complete and return this BEFORE you come to your appointment. If you are unable to do so, please let me know. 


Please arrive at your exact appointment time.

 

Time is allowed between each client for sanitisation and ventilation.

 

  • Please rearrange your appointment if you have Covid 19 or are isolating

  • Vaccinations & boosters are causing some skin sensitivities. Please allow 10 days between your jab and your appointment. A patch test may be necessary.

From 6th July 2022, we will be located at 3 Market Place, Brackley, NN13 7AB. 

 

WHERE TO PARK

Parking in Brackley is free. There is 1 hour parking directly opposite the clinic, 2hr parking in Waitrose, 3hr parking in the Market Place and there is no restriction in Churchill Way or Hinton Road.

Wednesday 12.00 - 6.00pm, Thursday 12.00pm - 7 .00pm, Friday 10am - 3.00pm and x1 Saturday a month 10.00 - 3.00pm

We accept Cash, Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bank Transfer
Our preferred method of payment is PAYM (you will need to register via your mobile bank app)​
 
CONSULTATIONS


If this is your first visit, you will receive an 'Initial Consultation & GDPR form' (via email) ahead of your appointment. This can be completed on a smart phone, ipad or equivalent.  It is an obligatory requirement and must be be submitted PRIOR to your appointment.  If for any reason this is not possible please advise.
Consultations for specific treatments will be completed in clinic or online.

 

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY

Whilst I understand that things can change, it is extremely difficult to manage late cancellations and no-shows. More often than not, I am left with space I can't fill at such short notice, causing me to lose income and others to miss out. 

It has therefore been necessary to  amend my cancellation policy. Please note there is no discretion. With the politest respect, you booked my time. 

  • If you cancel 12-24 hrs before your appointment you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. However, should I be able to fill the slot, you will not be charged.

  • If you cancel or no show with less than 12 hours notice you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

Please note: Further bookings/appointments will not be permissible until payment has been made.

 

COURSES

  • Courses must be paid for at the first session to qualify for the discount

  • Course Cancellation Policy as per standard cancellation policy.

GIFT VOUCHERS

  • You must bring your voucher to your appointment

  • Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated

  • No refunds can be given for vouchers.

  • Damaged or defaced vouchers cannot be accepted

  • We cannot accept responsibility for loss of vouchers once issued.

  • Gift voucher cancellation policy as per standard cancellation policy

  • Please arrive at your EXACT appointment time

  • I have a looked door policy, please knock on arrival

  • If you arrive late, your appointment will be cut short and you will still be charged in full

  • This is not an ideal space for children. Please refrain from bringing them
