Whilst I understand that things can change, it is extremely difficult to manage late cancellations and no-shows.
More often than not, I am left with space I can't fill at such short notice, causing me to lose income and others to miss out.
It has therefore been necessary to amend my terms of service to protect my business with immediate effect.
Please note there is no discretion. With the politest respect, you are booking my time, and time is a perishable commodity.
New Terms of Service
You will be sent an appointment confirmation 72 hours prior to your appointment.
You will be able to cancel without penalty at this juncture.
On your confirmation, a 50% non-refundable booking fee will be mandatorily required, or the appointment will be automatically cancelled.
This payment will form part-payment of your treatment cost and is subject to my amendment policy.
Should you reschedule with more than 48-hours-notice there will be no penalty, and your booking fee will move with your appointment.
Should you reschedule with less than 48-hours-notice, you will be liable for 50% of your booked treatment cost. In this instance, your pre-paid booking fee will constitute this payment.
Should you reschedule with less than 24-hour-notice or fail to attend, you will be liable for 100% of your booked treatment cost. In this instance, your pre-paid booking fee will constitute part-payment, and you will be further liable for the balance. Future bookings will not be accepted until this outstanding balance is met.
Courses and Gift vouchers are also subject to this amendment policy. Any pre-payment will act as part/full payment in line with the above terms.
